Adrian was part of the Rowena’s team 23 years ago when he joined us a Chef!
We are very excited to welcome him back as our Step Back in Time Chef.

Adrian was the Executive Chef and owner, along with his wife Shannon, at the award-winning Seasonal 56 in Langley before deciding to launch his ‘from the farm’ series, and is known for preparing beautiful long table meals and pop-up dinners.
Join us in February as Chef Adrian prepares four courses amidst the 1920s ambiance at Rowena’s Inn. Better yet, request the King’s Table and dine communal style!
