Step Back in Time Dining
We are excited to collaborate with local farm-to-plate chef, Adrian Beatty.
Adrian was part of the Rowena's team 23 years ago when he joined us a Chef! We are very excited to welcome him back as our Step Back in Time Chef.
Adrian was the Executive Chef and owner, along with his wife Shannon, at the award-winning Seasonal 56 in Langley before deciding to launch his ‘from the farm’ series, and is known for preparing beautiful long table meals and pop-up dinners.
